“Al Castellaro” was born in 1999 at the hillsides of Mount Venda, surrounded by the green landscape of the Euganean Hills.
The restaurant is the result of Giuliano’s work and the expression of his father Ezio’s idea. It is a delicate, nice place based on cordiality.
These are the same values that our cooking, made of attention, tradition and seasoned with a pinch of creativity, reflects to our customers.
With wood-fired oven
The unique taste of our pizzas comes from our pizza maker Rino’s mastery, who takes good care of every step in the preparation of the pizza dough, starting from the leavening to the baking in the wood-fired oven.
Then there is a careful choice of the ingredients, both for the classic pizzas and our most creative ones.
This is the reason why we decided to use only the best products, selected from a range of local producers.
